Public Offer

1. Parties and Definitions

This public offer (the "Offer") governs the relationship between SENTION FLOWERS & ORNAMENTAL PLANTS TRADING LLC (Dubai DED Trade License No. 1476653, Registration No. 1266301, registered address: Dubai Investment Park First, Plot Number 516-0, PROPERTY INVESTMENT OFFICE 4, Office 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates; the "Seller") and any capable individual or legal entity placing an order through the website shop.sention.space, by phone, via messaging apps, or by email (the "Buyer").

Goods — bouquets, floral arrangements, plants, gift sets and related items listed in the Seller's catalogue.
Order — the Buyer's request to purchase and have the Goods delivered, placed via the website, by phone, via WhatsApp/Telegram, or by email.
Recipient — the person designated by the Buyer to receive the Goods, where different from the Buyer.

2. Subject of the Offer

The Seller offers to enter into a retail sale contract for the Goods on the terms of this Offer with any person. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer (or the designated Recipient), and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the Goods on the terms set out below.

3. Acceptance of the Offer

Placing an Order through any available channel (website, phone, messaging apps, or email) constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer. Upon acceptance, this Offer takes effect as a binding contract between the Seller and the Buyer.

4. Order Procedure

Orders are accepted 24/7 via the website, phone, messaging apps and email.
When placing an Order, the Buyer specifies the composition of the Goods, delivery date and time, the Recipient's address and contact details, the delivery style (with a courtesy call or as a surprise), and preferences such as ribbon colour and postcard text.
Orders placed after 18:30 are delivered the following day, starting from 11:00.
The minimum same-day delivery window is from one hour after Order confirmation.
The Seller may contact the Buyer to confirm Order details. If a requested item is temporarily unavailable, a manager will offer an equivalent substitute before assembly begins.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices for the Goods are stated on the website in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise. The Seller may change prices at its discretion; the price in effect at the time an Order is placed remains fixed for that Order.

Payment may be made by any of the following methods:

cash to the courier on delivery;
bank card (Visa / Mastercard) online via a secure, encrypted payment link with 3-D Secure, processed through a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway; card data is not stored on the Seller's servers and is not shared with third parties;
Apple Pay / Google Pay;
bank transfer to the Seller's account (details in the "Bank Details" section below);
cryptocurrency (USDT / BTC / ETH) by prior arrangement with a manager.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. The full delivery terms, timelines and procedures are set out on the "Delivery" page of shop.sention.space and form an integral part of this Offer.

7. Quality and Substitution

The Seller guarantees the freshness of the flowers at the time of delivery. Bouquets are made from fresh, seasonal flowers and may differ slightly from the photograph on the website in individual elements, while the overall style, colour scheme and composition are preserved. Quality claims and replacements are governed by the Bouquet Return & Refund Policy.

8. Order Cancellation and Refunds

The terms for cancelling an Order and obtaining a refund are set out in full in the "Cancellation and Returns" document, which forms an integral part of this Offer.

9. Liability

The Seller is responsible for the timely and proper delivery of the Goods in accordance with the Order.
The Seller is not liable for delay or failure of delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer (address, Recipient's contact number).
The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided when placing an Order.
The liability of each party is limited to the value of the relevant Order, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for full or partial failure to perform its obligations under this Offer where such failure results from circumstances of force majeure — natural disasters, acts of government authorities, accidents, disruption of transport, energy or communication networks, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Offer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
